How To Participate

Participation is very simple! We make it easy for you to spread the word. Here are the 6 easy steps:

  1. Sign-up with PALMco Energy – When you sign-up using our online form, your unique Referral Code is automatically associated with your PALMco account.
  2. Confirmation – You will automatically receive a Confirmation Email with your new plan details. This email is important and lets you know about the plan that you’ve signed up for.
  3. Referral Link – You will also receive a Referral Email shortly after signing-up to a new PALMco plan. This email contains your special referral link.
  4. Sharing – Share your Referral Email with your friends and family. Just forward them the email to share your link.
  5. Tracking – Our tracking is simple and transparent. When your friends signup using the Link in your Referral Email, their ‘signup’ will be attributed to your account.  We track every enrollment that comes through your referral link. It gets even better – we will help your progress by also sending you a notification email every time one of your friends sign-up using your referral link.
  6. The Best Part – Whenever one of your referrals successfully enrolls, we will send you, and your friend, a check for $25 each!

Some quick rules

  1. You can signup as many friends as you want.
  2. When your referral has successfully enrolled on a PALMco Energy plan, they must be enrolled for at least 60 days to qualify.
  3. The referral check will be made out to the name on the PALMco Energy account.

About Our Refer-A-Friend Program

How do I start?

To qualify to receive the referral reward, current customers must have an active account (a “Referrer”). Active accounts are defined as those (i) that are billing more than $0 and (ii) for which PALMco has not received a request on behalf of the customer to discontinue service. New customers who have been referred to Palmco Energy must (i) use their friend or family member’s Referral Code or referral link during sign up, (ii) successfully enroll for energy service with Palmco Energy.  Palmco Energy will reward Referrers through issuance of a Check in the amount of $25 once the referred friend becomes a new customer and maintains an account with us for 3 consecutive billing cycles.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and delivery of the $25Checks via mail once the referred friend becomes a new customer and maintains an account with us for 3 consecutive billing cycles.

What is your Refer a Friend Program?

Our current residential electricity or natural gas supply customers can qualify to earn a $25 Check when they refer friends or family members who use the current customer’s referral code at sign-up, or begin electricity or natural gas supply service with us. The friend or family member referred can also earn a $25 Check as a thank you for signing up for energy service with us.  The rewards will be delivered via the mail by Check.

How the Program Works

How do my friends qualify to receive Refer a Friend rewards?

Your friend or family member must successfully enroll with one of our products for a residence located within the areas we serve.

Can I get a referral reward if I previously enrolled and referred my family members and friends, but they forgot to enter my referral code?

You and your friend (referral) have 7 days to provide your referral code in order to receive the referral reward. Please contact our customer care team by phone at 877-726-5862 or email customerservice@palmcoenergy.com.

You and your friend are only allowed to receive one $25 Check per residence, regardless of how many accounts are enrolled. Each account for electricity or natural gas is considered a separate account, so if you have or another customer has an account for electricity and an account for natural gas with us, you or that other customer would have two accounts. If your friend enrolls in both electricity and natural gas service then you are only eligible to receive one $25 Check.

How To Find Your Referral Code or Link

How do I get my referral code or referral link?

You can find the referral code and easy-to-use referral link on your original Referral email. This email is sent during your original enrollment. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team by phone at 1-877-726-5862 or email customerservice@palmcoenergy.com.

When will I receive my $25 Check?

Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and delivery of your Check, once the referred friend has been our customer and maintained an account with us for 3 consecutive billing cycles. To check the status of your referral, please call our customer service team at 1-877-726-5862.

How do I know if my referral enrolled?

We track all referrals using your referral code. When an enrollment comes through using your referral code, you will be notified via email that your code has been used. Your code can be used by as many friends and family as you want.

Changes

We reserve the right to change or modify the Refer-A-Friend Program at any time with or without prior notice. We may terminate the Refer-A-Friend Program at any time for any reason. You understand and agree by participating in the Refer-A-Friend Program that we can make these changes at any time, with or without notice.
